DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Supporting GM SEC as central contact person for all security relevant aspects within Siemens Indonesia.
Implement the application of pre-defined security requirements based on asset criticality levels.
Implementation or participation in the implementation of the requirements for "Site Security & Crisis Management" according to E-Instruction 11/2012 "Instruction to the Security & Crisis Management in all Sector within Siemens".
Development of corresponding security concept that reflect the likelihood of occurrence and that takes into account existing measures and control.
Participation in the organization of the Site Crisis Management according to internal requirements and if necessary, member of the Site Crisis Management Team, depending on the incident.
Conducts research, develops and/or implements plans, policies, methods, processes and / or programs regarding defined Security activities in different areas (e.g. travel security, facility protection, personal security and event protection, crisis management).
Advises managers and/or employees regarding the related details in his/her organizational unit on business, regional or global level.
Performs other duties assigned by the GM SEC/Security Manager of Siemens Indonesia.
REQUIREMENT
At least have a bachelor degree in any field (law is preferred).
At least 7 years experience working with security industries or related industry.
Have experiences in handling day to day security operation activities.
The candidate must be able to communicate with English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Has the credentials to apply for a license from the Indonesia Police.
At least have a proper training in regards of supervisory management.
Must be able to create intelligence, police and security-related contacts both externally and internally.
Candidates with prior exposures and experience in handling wither one or more of these following roles: event security protection, personal close protection, crisis management, or emergency respond management are preferred.
