DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Accepts, records and delivers (through circulation process) incoming and outgoing letter, memo, or transmittal by fax and currier.
Make copies of correspondence and other printed material.
Answers and transfer incoming calls to appropriate individuals.
Making outgoing calls to other company / party as requested by personnel.
Greet and directs company’s guest / visitors to their destination appropriately.
Takes & delivers messages by phone to appropriate individuals.
Maintains all files of incoming, outgoing, transmittal, employee attendance and director’s files in the filing cabinet with appropriate material.
Make hotel or airplane ticket reservations.
General office duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT
Min graduated from diploma
Min 2 year work experiences in administration or secretary (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Fluent in English (written and oral)
Able to work under pressure and multi tasking
Detail oriented
Familiar with computer
