DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Planning, coordinating, managing and monitoring the performance of production department starting from receiving orders, incoming raw materials, work in process until finished goods. Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime. Provide clear guidance, supports, motivation to all employees. Set ambitious production goals and communicate with key personnel within production department and inter related departments in the company. Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity. Create clear schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels. Communicate problems or obstacles to management. Oversee a workforce of 1000 people in manufacturing department.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English 5 years working experience in manufacturing operation 2 years experience in supervisory capacity Strong analytical skill Ability to coach and mentor employees individually as well as in group Willing to learn, believe in continuous improvements, discipline and hardworking.
