Collaborate with branch sales teams to improve and develop sales activities in stores as part of the retail strategy. Manage the overall process (recruitment request) of Merchandisers and Promoters in their respective areas. Build and maintain good business relationship with store owners in each area. Produce necessary weekly/monthly reports related to Retail in each area.
