DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Sales Leadership: Build, manage, and train a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. - Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to grow market share in Bali’s F&B and hotel sectors. - Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with sub-distributors and key clients. - Key Account Management: Lead efforts to secure contracts with 4- and 5-star hotels, ensuring long-term client relationships. - Market Insights: Conduct market research to stay ahead of emerging trends, opportunities, and competitor activity. - Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain high operational standards across all activities.
REQUIREMENT

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the HORECA market, with a strong network in the sector. - Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Industry Knowledge: Background in the coffee industry or hospitality (F&B) is highly desirable. - Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret sales data and use insights to drive strategy and improve performance.
