ASM report focuses on the performance issues of Distributors and Salesman, weekly workplans involving the addition of SKU distributions at outlets that have been covered and the addition of new potential outlets that have not been covered. ASM undertakes the assessment and approval of the TSS travel / business plan every month. ASM should conduct a Review Meeting with Distributor by first checking AV and issues in the field along with alternative solutions offered. Make sure all Distributors do a Monthly Meeting with Salesman Distributor. Provide an ALPEN report to TSS and analyze the ALPEN report to each TSS / Distributor.
