In production, we always use the chosen Teak and it is controlled by the Forestry Department, the one that is responsible for managing a strict policy regarding to the Teak proliferation and replanting. There are a lot of problems in production, for examples; about the dryness and its construction, hence, we seriously employ skillful and experienced people for it. Talking about the dryness first, the maximum limit ought to be 15%. Where as another consideration is about how to choose the spare part, it is a must to select the strongest material, which can restrain from rust. And last the monitoring of uniformity shape and size from the design. It is started from choosing raw teak taken from Indonesian government auction, where the next is supervising the cutting of uniformity components, and the final parts are controlling toward the Teakwood dryness until the assembling process and then moving to the soft sanding in order to create an extraordinary furniture.
