It was over 25 years ago that we began planting our first seeds of MUSTIKA LAND, working as a general contractor building affordable homes in Indonesia. Driven by our passion to elevate community and living conditions that would permeate across generations, MUSTIKA LAND began developing by ourselves several affordable housing residential projects in 1993, and grew with resilience into the multi-capacity developer that we are today.
