The Hackforth Holding GmbH & Co. KG is the management company of the VULKAN Group, it consists of the VULKAN subsidiaries, VULKAN Kupplungs- und Getriebebau and VULKAN Lokring Rohrverbindungen.
The VULKAN Group, into which the VULKAN company founded in 1889 is integrated today, is composed of three company divisions: VULKAN Couplings, VULKAN Drive Tech and VULKAN Lokring.
The VULKAN Group has been owned and managed since 1941 by the Hackforth family – now in its fourth generation. The head office of the group of companies is in Herne, Germany.
The Indonesian Representative Office is located in BSD-City Tangerang and operates since January 2016. Our aim is to develop the business and to improve the sales activities for Vulkan products in Indonesia.
This Code of Conduct sets out the main principles and values to which we feel committed in our daily interaction with employees, customers, suppliers, society and the environment within the context of our global entrepreneurial activities. We act according to an integrated company concept which includes all social, ecological and eco-nomical contributions by a company to the voluntary assumption of social responsibility in the long term and beyond the standards required by legislation.
In this respect we are responsible for creating and maintaining a company culture in which consideration of the principles as well as ethical principles are guaranteed as far as possible.
