DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Customer Service & Coordination Answer inbound enquiries via calls, emails, and online portals Schedule service attendance with end customers and site contacts Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues professionally Job & Portal Management Verify technician-submitted before and after photos and upload to client portals Enter and update quotes and invoice details in client systems Reconcile claims against completed jobs and record outcomes accurately Prepare and send quotes and invoices based on technician reports Strata & Property Coordination Book jobs from strata managers and property managers via phone and email Coordinate site access with tenants, building managers, and onsite contacts Obtain real-time client approvals for additional onsite works Accounts Receivable Conduct weekly and monthly follow-ups on outstanding invoices Respond to customer queries on pricing and invoice details Office Administration Maintain filing systems, correspondence, and document control Perform general administrative duties as required
REQUIREMENT

Required Skills and Experience 3-5+ years experience in service coordination, customer service, dispatch, or office administration Experience in telecommunications, construction, trade services, or facilities management is preferred Strong ability to manage high volumes of calls and written communication High attention to detail in preparing quotes and invoices from scope notes Experience using client-side portals for job management, quoting, or claims Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Slack, and web-based tools Familiarity with CRM or job management systems with accurate data entry Ability to prioritise multiple tasks across calls, emails, and interruptions Clear and professional written and spoken English Preferred Experience in telecommunications, antenna, or electrical services Familiarity with strata and real estate maintenance workflows Experience using insurance or facilities management client portals Basic understanding of WHS documentation and site access requirements
