REQUIREMENT
Required Skills and Experience 3-5+ years experience in service coordination, customer service, dispatch, or office administration Experience in telecommunications, construction, trade services, or facilities management is preferred Strong ability to manage high volumes of calls and written communication High attention to detail in preparing quotes and invoices from scope notes Experience using client-side portals for job management, quoting, or claims Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Slack, and web-based tools Familiarity with CRM or job management systems with accurate data entry Ability to prioritise multiple tasks across calls, emails, and interruptions Clear and professional written and spoken English Preferred Experience in telecommunications, antenna, or electrical services Familiarity with strata and real estate maintenance workflows Experience using insurance or facilities management client portals Basic understanding of WHS documentation and site access requirements
