DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle inbound & outbound calls in professional and efficient manner, answer inquiries received by phone and by mail Follow up & ensure appropriate services & support given to clients personal information and explain the terms of the company Assist in handling client complaints, provide appropriate follow-up and action Follow-up overdue invoices with clients Promote and encourage clients to use our product & service regularly Assist in handling customer’s debt collection by phone Proactively provide feedback to company on improving operations & service levels Provide clerical duties and support any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT

Secondary school/ GCE 'O' Level / Diploma qualification At least 1 - 2 years’ work experience in customer service Able to converse and write in English and Mandarin Good in interpersonal and communication skills Positive attitude, independent Able to multi-task and is a team player Able to work independently and interact with different levels of customers Candidate with more related working experiences can be considered as Customer Service Officer Familiar with MS Office application, Word, Excel Experience in call center or complaints handling is highly preferred
