DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide secretarial support to Leaders include organizing files, preparing document, managing office supply inventory, scheduling appointments, arranging travel & accommodation, correspondence both to internal & external parties Scheduling & organizing meetings: Maintain Leaders schedule, Coordinate with related parties to organize internal & external meetings, Prepare meeting materials Document administration: Administering incoming & outgoing document HR & Training administration: Coordinating with training organizers on schedule & accommodations, Administering claim reimbursement, medical claims & annual leaves Travel & Accommodation arrangement: Ticket & Hotel booking for business trips & training, Travel expenses settlement
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree from Secretary/Administration Academy At least minimum 3 years or more of experience in financial institution/banking and preferably as a Secretary Excellent organizational, communication, administration and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) is a must Good in English, both writing and speaking is a must
