PT Betjik Djojo didirikan pada awal tahun 1930an dan memulai bisnisnya di industri tembakau dan bensin. Pada tahun 1969, Perseroan memulai industri LPG-nya, yang mencakup wilayah distribusi untuk Jawa Timur. Pada awal tahun 1980an, bisnis ini berkembang menjadi industri petrokimia dan peralatan gas termasuk instalasi perpipaan gas untuk LPG dan Gas Bumi.
