DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Report to Operation Manager Handle customer enquiries & complaints and help to resolve problems Maintain effective communication with customers and maintain accurate bookings with doctors and team Liaise with internal teams to ensure service standard is met Make outbound calls to customers for timely confirmation of operations and discharge after inspection / operations Input necessary remarks to system to ensure data integrity is met
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or ablove in any disciplines Minimum 1 year experience in customer service hotline in hospitality sector and / or service hotline being highly preferred Experience in working with a team in shifts to achieve company set service standard goals Ability to handle serious verbal and written complaint cases Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential Positive, self-motivated and flexible are desired qualities Proficient in MS office applications is necessary for report generation Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) is mandatory
