DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Ensuring IT Hardware Installation and Repair
Executing general application repair
Handle evaluation of trouble shooting and repair
Escalation of issues to the technical support manager in order to resolve the issue to the customers complete satisfaction
Analytical, articulate, result-oriented and provide excellent follow up
Maintain document control, database management, track project activities and team communications
Experience supporting partner or customer via phone, e-mail, chat dan or person
Effective time management including ability to multi-task, organize dan prioritize
Knowledge of one or more of the following is required : cartridge printer
Able to self manage and work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
REQUIREMENT
Max 30 Years Old At least 2 year(s) of working experience as IT Support/ IT application support / Network support Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Candidate must at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree of Information Technology/Computer Science with Minimum GPA OF 3.00 Good skill of software and hardware Good communication skill and attitude Good English & language (Active for written & speak)
