DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Identify and secure business opportunities through conducting sales calls, cold calling and telemarketing activities
Maintain and grow existing accounts
Complete all standard reporting within Hotel Aryaduta Group Sales i.e. sales sall report, sales blitz report, sales trip report, telemarketing report, monthly account management report, etc.
Create strong relationship with key decision makers in all the segments in Jakarta as well as other potential markets
Communicate effectively with the hotel sales team in all sales related matters
Proactive in all sales activities and events including sales administration i.e. creating proposal and contract rate
Aware of all hotel promotions and promote these to the qualified audience
Assist in the coordination and representation at all trade/road shows and events
Communicate information and ideas clearly and handle all situations effectively and efficiently
Be confident in selling hotel’s services, features, local attractions and activities and respond to client enquiries accurately
Ensure all sales reports and work is completed and submitted within the required time frame
Prepare weekly sales call and sales activity schedules and adjust the schedules throughout the week to meet the business demand
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Sales Manager specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
