DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Maintain up-to-date billing system Generate and send out invoices Follow up on, collect and allocate payments Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines Perform account reconciliations Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities Research and resolve payment discrepancies Generate age analysis Review AR aging to ensure compliance Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally Assist with month-end closing Collect data and prepare monthly metrics
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00, major in Accounting. Has 1 year experience in the same field (fresh graduate are welcome to apply). Age 22 – 28 years old. Fluent in English both oral and written. Have good analytical thinking, numerical ability, logic of verbal, good perspective, and more on accuracy. Have good interpersonal relationship, communication skill & able to work as team. Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure, available work overtime, willing to travel, hard worker, and has big interest in automotive.
