To be responsible in providing personalized detailed service to provide guest experience greeting the guest, taking orders, serving food, cleaning tables, exchanging of bills and money changes
A waiter / waitress follows P&P and SOP to make sure the service is given is correct.
Set up tables in accordance of the policies of the Restaurant and must know all table numbers and sections.
A waiter / waitress delivers the correct Food and Beverage to the correct table.
A waiter / waitress needs to organize his/her station.
A waiter / waitress takes glasses, plates, chinaware, bottles etc. She/he removes all unnecessary items from the guest tables and service station directly to the designed stewarding dishwashing area immediately without piling the dirty items in any other corner or station.
A waiter / waitress delivers and maintains the highest level of service & hygiene at all time. He/she is responsible to ensure that floor is clean at all times and Mise en Place must be ready at any time for smooth operation. Also, Polish glassware, chinaware and others needed.
A waiter / waitress delivers correct bill, returning correctly the change to guest.
Cooperate with other departments working as a team.
A waiter / waitress sends the correct bill to the correct table.
A waiter / waitress complete check list opening and closing shift.
Report to Supervisor/ Restaurant Manager/ Operational Manager/ Hotel Manager
Coordinate with Department, Kitchen Department, Front office Department, Housekeeping Department
