DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Managing Sales Activities Searching and sourching New Tenant (Premium Tenant) Evaluate All Tenant every 3 Month from Sales etc Presentations and demonstrations to make a sales Develops new marketing strategies, adverstising, promotional materials Listening and understanding to customer requirements and needs Maintaining and developing relationships with existing tenant in person and via telephone calls and emails to ensure tenant situations Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree from Advertising / Media, Mass Communications, Marketing,Management or anyfield are welcome At least 2 year (s) of working experience in sales or marketing in F&B related to this position Required skill : good looking, interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, target oriented, love to make new relationship, high communication skills, networking. Have an interest in food and beverage Good attitude (friendly and responsible) Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia and English
