Obtains client information by answering telephone calls, verifying information. Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email Informs clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information. Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems. Manage and resolve customer complaints Provide customers with product and service information Route calls to appropriate resource Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
REQUIREMENT
