Develop sales plans, activities, and campaigns and manage the day-to- day activities of personal commercial job in order to implement sales strategy on a national level.
Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas; and adopt procedures or re-allocate resources to improve the overall performance
Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the organization.
Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility.
Translate the regional sales strategy into a local strategy and drive the implementation in the area of responsibility.
Make an active event to BC customer to use BC Studio to more development, discussion, to maximize BC cocoa product in the Customer place.
Develop and participate in the maintenance of relationships with strategic customers.
Ensure that critical and strategic business drivers are known and understood within commercial teams, in order to maximize sales potential in the area of responsibility.
Ensure timely, appropriate and ambitious goal-setting process, as well as follow-up and taking corrective action, with commercial teams within the area of responsibility
Ensure create event activity with BC Customer to maximize BC Studio to promote Bensdorp and other Premium BC Product.
REQUIREMENT
Fluent in English is a MUST
Required skill(s): administration, negotiation, market research, self-starter, problem identification and solving, customer care, communication Skill.
Likely Baking and Present on Technical Product BC to Application.
Familiar with the B2B business
Experience of analyzing market information, forecasting sales opportunities and business growth
Applicants must be willing to travel overseas
