the recruitment process through a variety of recruitment methods such as advertising and electronic media, reference, walk in interview, school recruitment, campus recruitment, recruitment roadshow, jobs fairs, headhunter, and company website.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting candidates, using newsgroups and job sites.
Ensure potential applicants data bank is well-documented as well as destroy data on applicants who do not comply with the qualifications of the company.
Compiles, monitors, and tracks all recruitment statistics.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Determines applicant qualifications by test and interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers.
Arranges user management interviews by coordinating schedules.
Identifies initial salary placement for classified and management employees and makes job offers / negotiation.
Handling Post Exit Interview and Clearance procedure.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Master Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Psychology or equivalent.
Applicants must be willing to work in Karawaci.
