DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assists the Store Manager in the overall management of the store Assumes total store leadership in absence of the Store Manager and is a partner in the strategic planning of short and long term goals Leads the sales floor and drives store results through the selling team Leads and develops leaders and associates in various roles and levels including managers and associates Manages competing priorities and business complexities in our higher volume stores, while delivering a memorable customer experience Develops and executes short and long term strategies to drive top line sales Role models, coaches and develops best-in-class selling behaviors Leads and inspires associates to unlock individual potential for extraordinary selling results Accountable for the development of associates’ product knowledge which in turn, enables high performance selling Responsible for the talent life cycle of direct reports, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, development, performance management, terminations and succession planning Leads direct reports to maintain merchandise presentation standards while selling.
REQUIREMENT

Possess a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any discipline Minimum of 3 years experience in in sales, customer service and analysis of customer data, preferably handling massive brand with high volume Must be computer literate in MS Office especially in Ms. Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills and has great attention to detail. Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and adhere to business-critical deadlines. Ability to communicate relevant information to all levels of the organization. Passionate dedication and ethical approach to management and operations. Ability to develop collaborative relationships. You are a well-respected, trusted partner, and someone others want to work with. Strong knowledge and proven work experience with retail operations and systems. The successful candidate should be a highly motivated team player with a positive attitude, plenty of flexibility, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Store based role with retail hours and work on weekends Willing to be placed in Bali
