DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Planning and scheduling production activities and supervising the daily operation.
Supporting all 3 shifts.
Ensuring the effective management of production.
Continuous and improvement in all areas of production, quality and safety.
Establish and maintain good employee relations within the department.
Selecting and maintaining equipment’s, supervising product standards and
enforcing quality –control programs.
Working with management effectively to execute the policies and goals of the organization.
Responsible for reviewing employee performance evaluations
Supervising and inspiring team work of workers
Continuous and improve education and training of employees
REQUIREMENT
Experience in Plastic Injection and Molding Engineering
Fluent English communication skill
Familiar with HSE and compliance audit
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Willing to work in Lippo Cikarang
