DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Contribute to the Company’s overall compensation and benefits strategy and philosophy that drive the development and positioning of all compensation and benefits programs.
Design, implement, communicate and administer progressive proactive global compensation and benefit programs that attract and retain high-performing talent and that are fair, equitable, competitive, and cost effective.
Develop and manage compensation structure, job evaluation, job description and documentation processes.
Ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies and/or other regulations or legislation.
Lead the global mobility program including face to face briefings on policies, benefits, payroll, immigration, and tax/compliance issues.
Develop effective relationships with Global HR Business Partners and provide them with guidance on global compensation & benefit data and decisions. Collaborate with HR on compensation & benefit program design/rollouts.
Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum experience of 5 years in global compensation and benefits required. Additional global HR experience preferred.
Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and strategy development.
Solid financial analysis and acumen.
Experience in relationship building, working in cross functional teams.
Strong data management skills
Strong consultative skills with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Broad understanding of market conditions and statutory requirements in Asia, America & Europe.
Ability to collaborate with others and build trust and credibility and the ability to work in a team environment.
