DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Analyze current HR projects and programs to ensure the strategic alignment, market
competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, and positive impact on current employments of
the company.
Develop and maintain short/long term HR projects.
Understand strategic initiatives, identify opportunities and requirements to provide
solutions to support HR function in the company.
Communicate with Global HR Business Partners to ensure that the HR projects and
programs are fully understood and appropriately valued by IYUNO employees around
the world.
Design, implement, deliver and support company-wide HR system (SAP), and related
policies, procedures and change management plans to ensure successful user
adoption in the global HR community and throughout the company.
Oversee all aspects of SAP system administration; Drive continuous improvement
opportunities.
Develop and articulate the future opportunities for using employee data to drive
Company KPI’s and build strategic workforce planning capability.
Develop and implement analytics that drive company performance and effectiveness,
and ensuring high levels of visibility and transparency through dashboards and other
communication methods to the business.
Perform other job duties and responsibilities as required.
REQUIREMENT
Extensive knowledge and experience of SAP required.
Strong program planning and management experience and capability.
Experience of working with Global HR teams with good management capability.
Highly organized and able to get into the detail when required.
Open minded, willing to listen and influence across all business areas.
Dynamic, resilent and results driven
Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
