DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating system and applications
Monitoring and maintaining computer system running Microsoft network
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Repairing equipment and replacing parts
Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports for both IT system and business policy on Sharepoint
Supporting implementation of new applications
Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
Working continuously on a task until completion or documenting referral to third parties, if required
Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time
Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with staff and other professionals, such as software developers
Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
Responding to breakdowns
investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
Supervision of chain of custody systems, training will be provided
Supervision of inventory systems
REQUIREMENT
Male or female
Min 30 years old
Minimal D3 Bachelor Degree majoring in Computer
Experience with Microsoft Windows Server is essential
Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint is essential
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory is essential
Experience with Smarteam and VB Net an advantage
Experience with Wave LAN hardware essential
