DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including patching, performance monitoring, and system health checks. Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and domain services. Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and user management). Manage user provisioning, access control, and identity lifecycle across systems. Support system security practices, including Microsoft 365 security policies and identity protection. Monitor infrastructure availability and troubleshoot server, application, and authentication issues. Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures. Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes. Assist in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and system improvements.
REQUIREMENT

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure administration, including virtual machines, networking, and cloud identity integration. Strong knowledge of Domain and Web Administration, including DNS management and hosting environments. Experience in Linux Server Administration, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Good understanding of Microsoft 365 security features, such as Conditional Access, security policies, and identity management. Familiarity with hybrid IT environments, integrating on-premises infrastructure with cloud-based services. Experience with Storage Area Network (SAN) administration and storage management. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role. Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory. Solid experience managing Microsoft 365 environments. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
