Market Mapping: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and talent availability.
Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Interview Arrangement: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Recruitment Analytics: Assist in tracking recruitment metrics, preparing reports, and analysing hiring trends.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Administrative Support: Assist in drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, and following up with candidates.
CV Submission & Closure Support: Ensure timely and quality CV submissions for active job openings while supporting consultants closely to achieve interview, placement, and closure targets.
Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure positive candidate experience and long-term talent pipeline development.
Employer Branding: Support initiatives to enhance employer branding through social media and recruitment campaigns.
Ad Hoc Support: Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager from time to time.
REQUIREMENT
A bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
Prior recruitment experience of 1–2 years is preferred.
Prior experience in IT recruitment and familiarity with basic IT terminologies or specializations will be considered an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with recruitment tools are a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Enthusiastic and eager to learn about recruitment and talent acquisition.
Resourceful, resilient, and curious.
