DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Analyze and optimize warehouse operational flow, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Develop, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for warehouse operations to ensure standardized processes and service quality.
Conduct warehouse solution design based on customer requirements, including manpower planning, space utilization, workflow design, and operational improvement.
Calculate operational costs, including manpower, equipment, storage, handling activities, and other related expenses to support business proposals.
Prepare cost analysis, pricing structure, and quotation proposals for clients based on warehouse solution requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams (operation, sales, finance, and management) to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with business objectives.
Communicate and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking clients or stakeholders to understand requirements and provide operational solutions.
Conduct data analysis and prepare reports related to warehouse performance, cost efficiency, and improvement initiatives.
Support continuous improvement projects to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and industry best practices related to logistics and warehouse management.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operation, logistics solution, warehouse improvement, or supply chain planning.
Proven experience in warehouse process optimization, SOP development, and operational improvement projects.
Strong understanding of warehouse management processes, including WMS, inventory flow, manpower planning, and cost calculation.
Experienced in preparing operational costing, pricing models, and client quotations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide improvement recommendations.
Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Good communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, formulas, data analysis) and presentation skills.
Willing to travel or visit warehouse sites when required.
