REQUIREMENT
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the FMCG industry Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred) Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields Ability to set and manage team goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to team members Strong decision-making skills to drive the company’s sales and marketing vision Experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns (offline and online) Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities Ability to monitor and report on the performance of sales and marketing activities and identify areas for improvement Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and social media
