DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Monitor working area remains safe, clean, and organized in accordance with company standards
Manage and monitor daily warehouse operations to ensure effectiveness, accuracy, and target achievement
Oversee end-to-end Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory processes
Control operational activities based on established KPI and SLA targets
Manage manpower allocation and operational team schedules effectively
Develop team performance, discipline, and operational competencies
Coordinate with related departments to support smooth operational processes
Ensure accuracy in warehouse processes and administrative activities
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and operational performance
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role Strong understanding of warehouse operations and familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS) Good leadership skills with the ability to lead large teams independently Strong communication and coordination skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willing to work in shifts if required
