DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and manage distributor and channel partners to drive LPG volume, profitability, and long-term growth Develop and execute account and channel strategies that strengthen customer loyalty, maximise retention, and deepen relationships across multiple organisational levels Resolve complex customer and channel issues using strong commercial judgement and a customer-centric approach Identify and lead new business opportunities across LPG and non-LPG segments, including feasibility analysis, business case development, and project execution Analyse market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to shape territory and portfolio strategies and uncover growth opportunities Implement sales strategies, campaigns, and initiatives that achieve revenue and profitability targets while improving operational efficiency and supporting broader growth plans Monitor sales performance through KPIs and market intelligence, address performance gaps, and prepare account reviews, commercial proposals, and management reports Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand & Strategy, Logistics, Technical & Engineering, and Finance to ensure operational alignment, compliance, and successful delivery of strategic projects
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, channel management, key account management, or business development, preferably within a commercial environment Proven success managing distributors and external partners, resolving channel conflicts, and delivering strong commercial results Strong channel sales leadership, strategic account management, business development, and distributor management capabilities Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and identify growth opportunities Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including distributors, operators, business partners, and regional counterparts, to support customer, market, and business objectives
