DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage daily Warehouse operations for Raw Materials and Finished Goods to ensure meeting customer demand on time. Lead, supervise, and develop the Warehouse team. Ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock control. Support Logistics operations and coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth processes. Ensure compliance with Customs requirements by maintaining inventory records and coordinating with Customs officers and relevant authorities as needed. Ensure effective use of SAP, Excel, and other systems for warehouse operations and reporting. Drive process improvements and digitalization initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 03 years of supervisory experience in Warehouse or Logistics operations within a manufacturing company. Good communication skills in English. Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes. Familiar with SAP or ERP systems. Sound knowledge of Customs regulations is an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
