DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manage the end-to-end procurement process for indirect materials and services based on user department requirements.
Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies, procurement procedures, and approval authorities.
Conduct sourcing activities, Request for Quotation (RFQ), bid evaluation, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
Ensure Purchase Orders (POs) are issued accurately and on time.
Monitor procurement progress and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or supplier performance.
Identify, evaluate, and develop qualified suppliers to support business needs.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic vendors.
Conduct periodic supplier performance evaluations covering quality, delivery, cost competitiveness, and service levels.
Manage supplier contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
Drive cost-saving and value-improvement initiatives across indirect spending categories.
Analyze market trends, supplier pricing, and procurement opportunities to optimize costs.
Support budget planning and ensure procurement activities remain within approved budgets.
Negotiate favorable commercial terms while maintaining required quality and service standards.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain functions.
At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
Experience in indirect procurement within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
