DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Identify target customers, analyse market trends, and build customer pipeline Lead client meetings, present solutions, and manage commercial negotiations Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects Handle customer issues and ensure timely resolution Manage project follow-up, including invoicing and payment collection Expand market presence and grow the customer base Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENT

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Proven sales experience in engineering, marine, or technical services Strong understanding of marine equipment or related industries Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English Strong sales and negotiation skills Customer-focused with strong relationship management Analytical and commercial mindset Effective cross-functional collaboration
