DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives • Define channel strategies across paid media, search, social, display, and programmatic platforms • Lead the day-to-day management of media, digital, and performance agencies to ensure strong delivery and accountability • Review media plans, targeting strategies, and budget allocations to maximize campaign effectiveness • Oversee campaign execution across platforms such as Google, Meta, and programmatic channels • Monitor campaign performance continuously and optimize based on data and business results • Work closely with CRM and Sales teams to improve lead generation, lead quality, and conversion performance • Analyze campaign data and customer journeys to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities • Develop reporting dashboards and performance frameworks to support decision-making • Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to improve ROI and reduce inefficiencies • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across CRM, Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure alignment between digital activity and wider business goals • Support business reviews with performance insights, recommendations, and next steps
REQUIREMENT

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta, display, and programming. Proven experience in performance marketing, campaign optimization, and agency management • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field • 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related role • Experience in lead management, funnel optimization, and conversion improvement • Hands-on experience in paid media, campaign optimization, analytics, and reporting • Proven success in managing digital agencies and delivering strong campaign results • Experience with CRM integration and lead management is preferred • Automotive or multi-brand retail experience would be an advantage • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to challenge, influence, and drive accountability with external agency partners • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and translate insights into actions • Strong commercial mindset with focus on measurable outcomes and return on investment
