DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist in the creation of purchase orders for various departments Process orders using an ERP purchasing system (Coupa) Support the creation of change orders and maintain purchase orders Ensure compliance with Procurement Policies and Procedures Help streamline purchasing procedures for internal forms, equipment, and telecom needs Generate reports to provide purchasing insights to upper management Maintain excellent customer service with cross-functional teams Operate a helpdesk for internal teammates, suppliers, and stakeholders
REQUIREMENT

1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Procurement Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field preferred Experience working with ERP systems and purchase order processes (Coupa preferred) Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills Strong analytical, reporting, and research capabilities Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Familiarity with Tableau is an advantage
