DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Handle full set of accounts, Assist in daily accounting/ finance/ bank account operations, including vouchers inputting, cheque issuing, invoices issuing, Fixed Assets and AP & AR accounting entries
Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets and cashflow reports, regular reporting as required
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, inter-company transactions and perform regular account reconciliations
Coordination as required by Department Manager
Liaise with banker, external auditor & creditor
Assist with the preparation of tax returns and liaise with auditors as required
Estimate and project corporate profits tax in compliance with the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) regulations
Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT
Holding diploma in accounting or LCC Higher qualification or equivalent
5 years or above experience in handling full set of Accounts
Knowledge in using FlexSystem accounting software will be an advantage
Proficient in PC skills (Excel, Word & Chinese Word Processing)
Flexibility, Responsible, Stable, Well-Organized, able to meet tight schedule
Immediate availability is highly preferred
