Lead, organize, and provide direction to employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in both people performance and business results.
Ensure behaviours are consistent to enhance the team environment and company values.
Understand and implement Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management Systems as well as mining safety management systems in daily operational activities.
Manage and control security operations to ensure company assets, employees, and operational areas are properly protected.
Develop, implement, and monitor security systems, procedures, and asset protection strategies in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of security systems, including CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security equipment to ensure operational effectiveness.
Identify security risks, conduct investigations related to security incidents, and coordinate with local authorities regarding external security matters when necessary.
Prepare security reports, evaluate security performance, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement in security systems and risk mitigation strategies.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree with minimum 5 years of experience in Security Management or related field.
Strong knowledge of Security Management systems and procedures.
Good surveillance, investigation, and analytical skills.
Strong coordination, communication, and reporting abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle complex situations.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Understanding of HSE and mining safety management systems.
Ability to manage security systems and operational security risks.
Willing to work in remote site location with roster 4:2
