DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for Midea's home appliances and air conditioning products Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, distributors, and contractors Provide expert sales advice and technical support to customers, ensuring they are matched with the best Midea solutions for their needs Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned targets Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute sales promotion activities Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in customer preferences Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the home appliances or air conditioning industry Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Familiarity with the Indonesian home appliances and HVAC market, including key players and industry trends A team player with a customer-centric mindset and a drive to succeed
