Manage Server assets used by the company Provide first-line technical support to users, troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues Manage and maintain the company's hardware, software, and network systems Implement IT security measures to protect the company's data and systems Assist with the implementation and configuration IT systems and applications Collaborate With Consultant with to develop and improve IT processes and procedures Maintain accurate documentation of IT-related activities and processes Create a new account for employees to join and set it up on a computer/laptop
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or administration role Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Familiarity with common software applications, hardware, and network technologies Knowledge of IT security best practices and data protection protocols Excellent communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
