DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and support to help them excel in their roles
Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth across key product and service lines
Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective campaigns to attract and retain customers
Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners, and negotiate contracts to secure profitable deals
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Contribute to the overall success of the business by identifying and capitalising on new opportunities
REQUIREMENT
Proven track record of success in a sales or commercial leadership role, ideally within the Sales industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools Degree in technical or medical fields, or with equivalent experience
