Fulfilling the requirements of validation documents that are managed according to SOP and on time Assist the Branch/POS in terms of circulating documents or approval by system that requires the approval of authorized officials in Head Office Storing company documents or assets Register vendors/third parties
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major Have 1-2 years' experience in related field and also having knowledge of credit financing is a plus Have knowledge of administrative processes/operations with all terms and conditions Detail oriented and excellent in customer orientation Excellent communication skills Proficiency in using MS Office
