DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Plan and implement account plans, promotions, and trade activities to drive sell-in and sell-out. Regularly visit customers (pet shops, vet clinics, modern trade, e‑commerce partners) to strengthen partnerships and identify growth opportunities. Negotiate pricing, trade terms, and contracts within company guidelines. Analyze sales data, forecasts, and market trends, and prepare regular sales reports and action plans. Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance on launches, stock levels, and customer service issues. Represent the company at pet industry events, trade shows, and key customer meetings.
REQUIREMENT

Lead and grow sales of our pet food brands with retailers, distributors, and key accounts. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and distribution targets in line with the business plan. Build strong, long-term relationships with customers while actively hunting for new business opportunities. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager.
