DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Respond to level 1 and level 2 product support issues via tickets, phone calls, or remote sessions Investigate and replicate issues that meet quality assurance requirements Provide feedback and recommendations to improve processes and procedures Stay current with updates, processes, policies, and procedures Contribute to the continuous improvement of Support team practices Provide regular and ad hoc support for the company as required Comply with corporate and divisional service, personal, professional, and ethical standards Review and sanitize customer data using CSV/Excel and liaise with overseas counterparts before importing data into internal support system Perform any other tasks and activities suitable for a Support role
