DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide day-to-day IT operational support for store and office environments.
Monitor network usage and assist in maintaining network stability and connectivity.
Support, troubleshoot, and maintain IT hardware devices including laptops, PCs, AIO devices, handheld devices, and PDTsManage and troubleshoot printers, printer pool systems, NVR devices, and CCTV systems.
Provide technical support for collaboration and productivity tools such as Google Workspace.Handle and resolve user issues through ticketing systems while ensuring timely issue resolution.
Support IT asset management activities including asset tracking, inventory updates, and device allocation.
Assist in maintaining and supporting operating systems across MacOS, Windows, and Linux environmentsPerform routine system checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure operational continuity.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Operations, IT Support, or related roles. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Strong understanding of hardware troubleshooting for laptops, PCs, AIO devices, printers, and handheld devices. Familiarity with NVR and CCTV systems installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting Basic understanding of networking concepts, network monitoring, and connectivity troubleshootingGood problem-solving skills and ability to handle operational support issues in a fast-paced environment
