DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Lead and supervise sales team to achieve company targets
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports

REQUIREMENT
• Minimum 3 years experience as Sales Supervisor, Marketing Supervisor, or related field • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills • Target-driven and results-oriented • Experience managing sales team and customer relationships • Able to analyze sales performance and market opportunities • Familiar with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus • Able to work independently and under pressure
