DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned business units Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking channels Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers accurately Support employer branding and talent pooling initiatives to strengthen hiring pipelines
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Fluent in English is preferred, both written and spoken Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously Detail-oriented with good administrative and coordination skills Familiarity with recruitment platforms and ATS tools is a plus
